Instructions for use
1. Use at medium speed within the speed range to extend the life of the instrument.
2. The rotary air bath constant temperature oscillator should be placed on a firm workbench, and the environment should be kept clean and tidy, ventilated and dry (avoid heat source interference).
3. Before using the instrument, set the adjustment knob to the minimum position and turn off the “oscillation switch”.
4. The following points should be paid attention to when filling the culture test bottle: In order to make the instrument work with good balance performance and avoid large vibration, all the bottle positions should be covered when bottling, and the culture solution of each bottle should be approximately equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, place the test bottles symmetrically or fill the empty spaces with test bottles filled with other equal amounts of solution.
5. The rotary gas bath constant temperature oscillator is connected to the external power supply, the power switch is placed in the “on” position, and the indicator light is on.
6. Select the constant temperature temperature: According to the temperature controller instruction manual, select the desired temperature directly on the temperature controller, and the temperature controller will automatically maintain a constant temperature.
7. Select the timing of the rotary air bath constant temperature oscillator, and adjust the timing knob to the “timing” or “normally open” position.
8. The rotary gas bath constant temperature oscillator turns on the oscillation switch, the indicator light is on, slowly adjust the speed control knob to increase to the required speed.
9. Before each shutdown, the switches should be placed in a non-working state, and the positioner should be set to “zero” to cut off the power supply.
