The powerful electric agitator realizes stepless speed regulation through the friction wheel drive system, but the motor always runs at a fixed working point, and the output speed and torque of the motor reach the optimal value at this point and basically remain constant.Power is transmitted to the agitator shaft through the friction wheel and a central shaft fitted with a pair of plastic couplings.Two gear trains are configured on the same two shafts to form two manually adjustable speeds.If the loss in power transmission is ignored, the power at the end of the stirring shaft is always equal to the output of the motor, and a pair of helical couplings on the central shaft keeps the wear of the friction wheel at a low level.The coupling automatically adjusts the pressure required on the friction wheel according to the load on the stirring shaft, low load causes low pressure, high load causes high down pressure.In the experiment, attention should be paid to the position of the mixing head and the size of the container, especially the glass container, when shifting gears.The mixer must be turned off before changing gears, otherwise the reduction gear may be damaged.The machine has two speeds, Ⅰ file is low speed, no file is high speed.The preset position is in Ⅱ gear. When the NO gear changes to the NO gear, turn the plastic bearing sleeve counterclockwise (looking from the top down) to the stop position.Pull 5.5mm downward and turn clockwise until you hear the sound of the steel ball reset in the bearing sleeve.Ⅰ When shifting to No, turn the bearing sleeve counterclockwise to the stop position, push it up by 5.5mm, and then rotate clockwise until the sound of the steel ball reset is heard.
